Join or Die's oyster knife brings Lowcountry traditions to life.

Hand forged oyster knives from a 100-year-old Virginia tobacco barn on the property of Richmond knifemaker Brent Stubblefield. Each knife is finished with a brass guard and mosaic pins.  The heavy steel blade will make quick work of any oyster.

As Seen In...

A mark of a handmade knife is hand sanding those scratches (produced by grinding the edge) away and leaving a finish with sanding lines that go parallel to the knife's blade. Its a detail that can't be mass-produced.
