Bourbon Barrel Oyster Knife

This is a hand-forged oyster knife carved from bourbon barrel staves by Richmond knifemaker Brent Stubblefield. The blackened color comes from the charring of the interior of the barrels. Each oyster knife is finished with a brass guard and mosaic pins.  The heavy steel blade will make quick work of any oyster.
