Roasting Forks & Quiver

Sale price$270.00

Because every fire deserves something to roast

The Roasting Forks & Quiver from Sea Island Forge are designed for the simple pleasure of gathering around the fire with something to roast and time to linger. Whether it’s marshmallows, sausages, or fireside snacks, this set makes open-fire cooking feel intentional rather than improvised.

Each fork is crafted for balance and reach, keeping hands comfortably away from the flame while offering steady control over the fire. The design is clean and unfussy—refined enough for adult entertaining, yet inviting for family nights outdoors. When it's time to clean up, remove the ash hardwood handles and throw the food-grade stainless steel sticks in your dishwasher.

The accompanying waxed canvas quiver keeps forks neatly organized and within easy reach, becoming part of the fireside setting itself.

Built to live outdoors and age with use, the Roasting Forks & Quiver add a thoughtful finishing touch to evenings spent around the fire—encouraging conversation, participation, and the easy rituals that make outdoor gatherings memorable.

    Craftsman Profile

    Sea Island Forge

Steve Schoettle is the founder and guiding hand behind Sea Island Forge, a company born from a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship and the communal power of fire. Based along the Georgia coast, Steve’s work is shaped as much by place as by process—where outdoor living, slow evenings, and gathering around a flame are woven into everyday life.

Steve started out in the architectural metalwork business, whose work can be found in spaces like the historic Cloister resort. As his craft evolved, so did his vision. Inspired by long evenings around wood fire built in historic syrup kettles (originally used to cook down local sugar cane into sugar and molassas), the couple debuted their first kettle-style fire pit at a local farmers market in 2014 — a modern reinterpretation of a communal hearth designed for gathering, cooking, and conversation.

Under Steve’s leadership, Sea Island Forge has grown from bespoke ironwork to heirloom-quality outdoor hearths and accessories that marry function with living tradition. His work now centers on crafting fire tools and fire pits that are as enduring as the memories forged around them — practical art meant to be passed down through generations.

What the Press is Saying about Sea Island Forge

Who says your fire pit can’t be your grill? This metal, round fire pit has grill grates attached, making this option great for chilling by the fire or heating up the grill. If there’s food involved, we’re there.

“The Ultimate Firepit: On nights when I need a lot of surface area to cook on, my favorite grill is a Sea Island Forge, a rugged 30-gallon cast-iron firepit with smartly engineered grill accessories built to last.

“Georgia’s Sea Island Forge Fire Kettle checks every box for a Southerner…Consider this your new family heirloom”

This grill ..will quickly become a family heirloom. Made in the tradition of Southern cane syrup boiling kettles, it functions as a centerpiece for the entire family to gather round for roasting oysters or marshmallows.
