Poker Set in Camel and Chocolate Brown

Sale price$2,800.00

A private members’ club, disguised as a poker set

There are poker sets, and then there’s this poker set—the one that looks perfectly at home next to a good bourbon and a bowl of warm roasted nuts. Moore & Giles wrap a solid-wood case in their Ellis Chocolate leather, then tuck every chip and card into soft Nubuck Camel, so when he opens the lid it feels like a tiny, private members’ club in your living room. Inside are 320 Italian-made 11.5g chips with real casino heft, a dealer button, and two decks of cards, all nestled into custom-cut wells that make setup feel like a small ritual.

It’s the piece that makes poker night feel intentional instead of improvised—he gets the serious game, she gets the beautiful object that doesn’t need to be hidden away when company comes. Handcrafted in the United States, finished in camel and chocolate brown, and produced in extremely limited numbers, this is less a “game accessory” and more a future heirloom.

Due to its handmade nature, this item is available in extremely limited numbers.

Craftsman Profile

Moore and Giles

Nearly a century before this poker set ever hit a home bar, Moore & Giles was a small Virginia company supplying leather to East Coast shoe factories. Founded in 1933 in Lynchburg, they grew up alongside Southern industry, learning exactly how leather needs to feel and perform when it’s worked hard, day after day. Under the current generation of leadership, that quiet expertise has shifted into the realm of luxury—designing natural leathers for boutique hotels, private jets, and beautifully made objects that are meant to age in, not out.

Today, Moore & Giles is still based in Lynchburg, still family-rooted, and still obsessed with the same questions: How does this leather feel in the hand? How will it look after ten years of use? Their bags, wallets, and game sets are built from those answers—vegetable-tanned hides, rich colors, and silhouettes that get softer and more personal with time. Each piece is a little slice of their world: Southern heritage, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a deep belief that the things we live with every day should only grow more beautiful as the years go by.
