As a child, Kelly Roley of Billet and Blade spent her weekends in her grandfather's wood shop. Watching a stack of dusty boards transform into an heirloom was captivating and her love affair with wood began. After college, Kelly attended woodworking school and began a career in furniture making. It was always about the wood. The grain and texture. The anticipation in revealing what lay just beneath the surface.

Kelley produces all of her production herself in her Nashville, TN studio. Her focus is on working with simple hand tools. “Using the same techniques, tools and materials that have been used for hundreds and thousands of years keeps me connected to the past and the world around me. The tradition of heritage craft needs to be preserved and passed on”.

We aim for all our customers to be happy with their order, and do what it takes to make things right.

Do understand though that as most of our products are handmade and not mass produced, there will be some variation in finish, color, or size. But if any product arrives damaged, we will happily replace it. Please send back your return within 14 days of receiving it.

Do you ship overseas?
